- Skala Potamias is 13 km away from Limenas ferry port (Thassos Town) and 28 km away from the port at Skala Prinos. it is mostly advisable to travel to Limenas port and then drive towards the direction of Skala Potamias. You go through the village of Panagia (7 km away) and continue to Skala Potamias, with the amazing bay of Golden Beach on your left hand side. In order to reach Studios Giannakis, you turn on the left, and drive down to the seaside road.
- For those travelling by air, if your destination is Thessaloniki airport, you take via egnatia to the ferry port of Keramoti, where you take the ferry to Limenas port (thassos port).
- For those who travel to Kavala airport, which is the nearest one to the island of Thassos, you can take a taxi or hire a car to the ferry port of Keramoti which is a very short drive, 10-15 minutes away, in order to take the ferry to Limenas Port (Thassos Town)
